Red Devil & Red Dragon ZZ...waddya' guys think?

My LFS called me and said they have a 6" female Red Devil laying eggs all over the place. They also said she is beautiful with a KOK. Few ?'s
I do have an egg crate divider to acclimate them to each other.

1. What would they look like?
2. Good or bad idea?

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

chrisplo....am I spelling my threads wrong or am I posting something off the wall? People are fast to judge your feeding routines and your stocking, but when it comes to getting some advice...NOTHING, its like threading a camel through the eye of a needle!!

I think you need to post in a more frequented are, since this involves a SA/CA cichlid you could post it in that forum. More people are there then here or even in the hybrid forum. It can be really frustrating but I guess you have to be patient.

I guess they are called rainbow flowerhorns, not to pretty. I would go with a parrot or another cichlid. maybe you could all the surrounding area fish stores and see if they have large female parrots.

I don't know but its funny. My bonsai is still trying to get her attention and I'm positive its male. I am gonna buy a 20 gallon long for my bearded dragon and then setup the 55 for the bonsai and the parrot.
