Red Devil & Salvini breeding!

My Red Devil (male) has bred with my Salvini (female). I went to check the eggs and they look viable. The Red Devil savaged my hand as I moved the plant pot where the eggs are.

If any fry develop, should I cull them?

this could be a heated debate. personally I would use as feeders and leave it at that, but that is just my opinion.

I would grow out the biggest fry to see what they look like.

that's all I'd do with them...grow a couple up to see how they look. the rest would be feeders. that's actually what I'm planning to do with the hybrid fry I have. they are the result of a Honduran Red Point male and Marbled Con female. curious to see how the fry will look, but aside from the few I keep the rest will become feeders.

I am pesonally not a fan of hybrids but some are cool. I would do what some of the other people suggested. Use most as feeders and just keep a few to see what they will look like.

i would give them to your boys my buddy had a female salvini and a big male texas breed cool lookin fish my jag and rd paired up but the jag wont fertalize the eggs i would grow them all they will prob be cool looking
