Red devil sexing and growth rate

I got a red devil a couple months ago that was 3-4 inches and now is 5-6 and it has a hump coming in u can't see it on the camera but I don't want to have to get rid of it cause I love this fish it's not shy at all and I plan on putting a festae with it so I don't want to have to get rid of him/her any ideas fins are long almost reach past tail fin a little hump is there any ideas

Red Devils, in my experience, can grow pretty fast. As far as sexing it they need to be vented to be accurately sexed.
Why would you have to get rid of him?

cause males get 14 inches to big for a 55 with a festae to and wouldn't the festae get killed he already has one on his record I don't want to make it 2

what size festae are you planning on picking up? i wouldnt go any smaller than the devil. and the festae will outgrow that 55 as well. either way your looking at an upgrade on tank size.

ehh its a tight squeez if the red devil can fit in a 55 i think a festae with it can all i have in now is 2 gts and 3 cons witch one is going bye bye to my neighbor

You do know festaes get bigger then red devils.... so the 55 isn't fit for either. At full size.

the female red devil gets 10 inches and a femlae red terror gets a foot tight sqeez but i think it will annd a male red devil gets 12 inches the same as a female festae can anyone just sex my red devil form my pictures
