Just had to share...at work, I had a 2-3" red devil next to a tank of dwarf/pea puffers (about 25 puffers in there). There are dividers to prevent jumping, but it's always possible to squeeze through. I fed the fish that morning, the red devil was alive and well, ate his pellets merrily. Come back around the corner an hour later, wouldn't you know it but about 10 of those puffers were latched on to the RD, who was more than big enough to eat them...he was pretty much down for the count at that point, I put him back in his own tank, but he didn't make it. Very sad for the RD (rip), but I was amazed at those little puffers...yes I know they are aggressive, but I didn't realize they were such monsters!
