Red Devil vs Midas

I cannot find a precise answer to this question so I will put it to you MFK folks. What is the difference between a Midas Cichlid and a Red Devil?

The question presumes that we are talking about pure fish and not hybrids of the two. Is there an actual scientific difference between the two?

I cannot seem to find anything other than opinions concerning lip size.
