Red dot on my jar's front fin

i've just come to notice that on the right fin of my jar, there's a red dot. when i luked closely, it is from underneath of his fin and it luks like a parasite or something. is there a kinda of parasite for the fin? and if so, how do i treat it? thank you!!
o, i wish i can take a pic to show u guys wut i'm talkin about, but it's just sooo freakin damn hard to get a pic from under neath the fin of my jar

a pic would help alot, but if you find it is a parasite you can use Jungle parasite clear, that should fix it.

o, thx. i tried for like an hour and countless pix to capture its fin, but it's just too hard for me, i knew i should have take a photography class in college -___-
