So I just got home from work and noticed that my red dragon flowerhorn got beaten up by another flowerhorn. What should I use to help heal the wounds?

If I didn't see infection, I would let heal on its own
Yea it's just from the other flowerhorn beating him up! Man I'm mad. He was a great looking red dragon too! Fins got beaten up too. Should I leave the normal filters on or just use a sponge filter? No medication to help at all?

Is it separated in the main tank or in a hospital tank(with separate filter sys)

It is separated lol well least it was then the other flowerhorn knocked it down! But I think u made it secure enough now that he can't knock it down. I was going to put him into my hospital tank if I was to use medication

I think it is better to leave in main tank, separated with an airstone/sponge. That fish is healthy, with a healthy immune system. Clean water will heal this fish IMO....

He'll be just fine with clean tank water and heal on his own
