Red Dragon Lost Color..!

Ok, so I just recently moved my 4.0" Male Red Dragon from his grow out tank to the big boy tank, and since the move he has lost his red color and it has gone to black, there are no changes in diet, feed behavior, or anything other than before. Is it just becasue he is not king of the tank anymore or what? I would really love to see his red color come back.

maybe put another fish in there that he can boss around idk ??

Well, there are 3 yellow labs the same size as him, but he seems to not want to show authority like in the last tank.

when you move a fh from one tank to another, its red color will turn dull and hump will get smaller due to stress, will change back overtime.

I assumed it would come back, but I was unsure if the tank move was the reason.....
