Venting is the only sure way, I suggest researching the venting method...you may also want to look at pictures of male and female peacocks online...I know with fire fish the females have way less orange than males
Also males have points on the end of their dorsal fins and caudal fins, while on the other hand females have rounded dorsal and caudal fins
Fins are the least reliable way to sex them, best way is to vent them. At larger sizes you can usually tell based off of body shape but its not 100%.

it's easy to tell by fins w/peacocks.the males get long and pointed.However,a dragons blood is a hybrid,and some female hybrids have male characteristics.post a pic and I'll tell you for surely
