Red Ear Sliders?? Wont Eat???

I have 2 red ear slider that wont eat the turtle pellets i got for them. Does anyone have any idea what i should do? There about the size of a silver dollar both of them... I have them in a 10 gallon tank for now... Any help would be nice and appriciated!!!

I agree. But it will be important that they eat a good brand of turtle pellet too. What is your water temperature? If they're too cool they won't have much of an appetite.
 
Also in wich circunstances did you get them? If they are from a good sorce its just a matter of aclimatacion but if they are from like a market seller desiase could be involved. Are they swiming and diving around fine?
 
mine developed a respiratory infection and wouldn't eat when they were young. Make sure they've got protein, ie crickets. Got to have a basking spot, and the water can't be too cold. do you have a heater for the water? hope the little dudes get better
 
Do they apear stressed? Where do they come from? Have you tryed tiny peaces of chicken? Also do they still have the egg tooth or some remaining yolk sak?
