CAN 2 RED EARED SLIDERS GET ALONG WITH A CLOWN KNIFE FISH OR AROWANA? I WANT TO GET ONE OF THE 2?

first off how big are the res? I had some that were 4in long and they would eat 5 and 6 in goldfish like it was cool. you would have thought I had a couple of snappers. I have also seen 8in fish (bass mostly) eat 3 in turtles in my pond. I personally wouldnt put any fish that are expensive or i'm attached to with res.

res ll go n hunt for the fish sooner or l8r!!
dont risk!! unless the fish is 12 inches and res are 3-4''

it really depends on your turtles personality in my opinion.
i have 1 res a jack Dempsey and a bn pleco who all get along great

The only fish I'd recommend to put with sliders are small fast schooling fish, such as danios, barbs or tetras. I know Arowana and Clown Knife fish are great looking animals, but they need their own tank and shouldn't be cohabbed with fish-eating turtles like sliders, you'll just be asking for heartbreak.

Best,
Paul

x2.

When I used to have them they ate anything that went in the tank. They didnt always eat fish immeadiatly but one day you find the fish gone or killed.
