Red festae (red terror) tank mates

I have never kept these guys before but Im doing some research. Right now I've got a 90 gal tank with tire track eel, shoal of 5 clown loaches and a large flying fox for algae control. Can I keep a red festae with these guys and maybe add a smaller sized pike

In no way should you mix festae with current aquarium. The festae would nip at all the fish until they were large enough to kill them. I would recommend setting up another tank (120+ gallons, 200+ would be even better) for them.
