Red Fin Giant Gourami

A short time ago I got three two inch red fin giant gourami's. They are now about five inches and growing fast.I hope to breed them at some point.My first hurtle is I don't want to raise up three fish only to find they are all the same sex.How large do they need to be before showing any sexual difference and what should I look for?

idk how big they need to be.... but i never herd of anyone breeding these before

I think they reach 20".I hope to get them to size in my 700gal.Then try to breed them in an 600gal stocktank outside next summer.

Sexing them is unknown. it's not the same as the giant gourami where the anal and dorsal fins are longer. But breeding is suposed to be the same where they make a bubble nest out of leaves and other plant material. Which the male guards it takes about 2-3days befor they fry hatches.
