Red Finned Blue Eye Pleco

hello, I’m new to this group (I’ve been mostly reading all the posts). I had a question about a Pleco I purchased within the last week. I ordered a red finned blue eyed Pleco from AquariumFish online store from California and while his are light I can’t really say they are the blue I saw in the pictures when I ordered the fish. He has some lighter coloring from what I would say is the little bit of stress newly shipped/purchased plecos get. What I’m wondering/hoping is will his eyes turn out the nice blue I saw in the picture or was I sent a different fish?

I know that as a Bruno pleco aka l077.

Looks like a chocolate or rhino pleco to me.

Easy to mix up but not a blue eye. I have both species in the same tank.

Here’s a photo of my L137 for reference. The eyes aren’t super vibrant blue like what you’d see on a true blue eye panaque.

Thanks everyone! Well that’s a bummer, is $65 for being 6” long ok if it’s not a blue eye? I’m thinking of giving the fish store a call on it.
