Anyone keep these beauties? I have a juvenile, aprox. 6in. He hasn't quite begun the change to his adult form, and I was just wondering how long it will take. Also, what is a recommended tank size and diet for an adult individual?

I used to have a pair of them. They lose the juvenile stripe at 6-8" if I remember correctly. They grow extremely fast and eat virtually any food available. Think of them as larger more torpedo shaped tinfoil barbs. I gave mine away when they hit ~14" which was after about 8 months. Max size is 2-3'.
