Red foot anenome turned inside out almost?

my dad has a 54 corner and he has a red foot anenome and it almost looks like it turned itself inside out, anything you can do about it? Thanks

Not sure, maybe trying to expel bad food? Or stressed? Either way try and keep its stress levels down and offer it some food.
