Red-Foot turtles legal in connecticut?

Are these guys legal in connecticut? I bet they are but just want to make sure.

What the heck is a red footed turtle? Do you mean Red Footed Tortoise? Here's a link with a list of laws for each state.

I know a guy from Connecticut who keeps a few species of turtles. I don't think he's ever mentioned not being able to keep a certain species. If you are still unsure, contact your state fish and game assoc.
