I think this is in the wrong forum? I am not aware of any marine or brackish oscars. If they are freshwater oscars, I suggest you start with water changes. I would suggest doing 50% water changes 3 times a week for a while. Now, to further help you, we will need to know:
1) What size tank?
2) How many oscars (and/or other fish), and what size?
3) What kind of filtration do you use?
4) Have you tested for ammonia, nitrite, nitrate and pH? If so, what are the reading?
5) What do you feed the fish?
6) Do you add anything to your water?
7) What kinds of decorations do you have? (Some decorations can effect the water chemistry or can trap detrius where it will rot and effect the chemistry)
I am sure there are other questions that will need to be asked before we get to the root of your issue, but best of luck, and welcome to MFK.
