Red head piranha?

Saw this on a fishing website and it threw me for a loop. they are calling it a red head piranha, but to me it looks like a deformed pacu. what do you guys think?

Piranhas are consider a local delicacy in the amazon. besides a bony fish doesn't mean it's not good eat, if you don't know how to work around tinny fish bones then too bad
