I am not sure 100% TBH Sean. I have a hard time telling my own appart without watching courting behavior. 
If your looking for males for your colony, make sure these are the same variant of orange heads as your group or they will not spawn anyway. Does your group have the orange color starting at the based of the dorsal fin streching the entire length of gill plate or do yours have actual red coloration?

IMO there's no way to tell from that picture. IME the only differences are ontogenetic ones, where there's a short period after maturity where males pelvic fins and caudal extensions are longer.

They will interbreed. It's suspected to be a problem in Australia between sp. "Tapajos OH" and sp. "Araguaia OH".JK47 said:
