Red Heads

noticed we're getting more and more of these in the uk, particularly the red snakehead. these aren't banned here like they are in bout 13 states. So can any one tell me if they're worth the time or not?

they get real big........ if you really want a snakehead.. look for a more rare species.

oh, yeah - snakeheads are amazing agressive fish. If you're into that kind of thing, then they will not disappoint. Most lose some or all of their color when older. Lots of videos of aquarium snakeheads on the web. (cough >***********< cough)

Channa Micropeltis is my favorite snakehead . They are awsome and I wouldn't mind having one myself.

just are they a good fish to keep? because judging by the size some of these fish get, you'd need a very big tank, at least eventually?anyone kept them with success?whats the biggest anyone has kept these?
