My blue gourami has been developing basically a nuchal hump on its head. It is reddened and has scales pineconing in the area.
It still acts and eats completely normally.
Not sure what’s up or if there is anything I should do.

Seems to be down a bit, but still there.
I’ll try to pick up some triple sulfa soon. Will one box be enough to fully treat 60 gallons or would I need 2?

Any ideas what it could have?

One box is enough.

Think it’s just a superficial bacterial infection.
