Wow!!!! Soo red! Omg .. You know what I mean haha. The names of these guys make me loose respect for it and cichlids too. Same like super red Texas dragon and all that bs

And From what ive seen, These guys seem to go down hill to start looking ugly afte Juve stage.. Maybe not all islantums are like that and we just have inbreds x10 in the hobby.

I hope you raise them to 2 years. So you can see him drooping fins and body bend and face start looking ugly. It's what I mean above. And what red? Who named this fish red?

Yes I agreed they don't really look impressive in term of shape when they fully grown.

The red comes from when describing a quality female like this one Theres a Red and a Green variety... its the female that truelly get the best colors.
