Red jardini

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
Nice looking jar crazy how they take on food colouration, I've seen one like this before on here somewhere just can't find the link (it could have been yours lol ) I personally don't think a jar bigger than 10" could gain all the nutritional value it needs from just krill and bloodworm , or if so you'd end up needing a he'll of a lot to fill the belly of a 2ft jardini ;)
Great looking fish though why did you get rid ? Aggression?

Yeah I fed it about 10-20 pieces of krill and 2-3 little cubes of blood worms a day. Had to let this one go after I got my rtg which was 4" and the jar was pushing over 14". Would have been a expensive dinner lol

Yeah very expensive feeder that ;)
Even if they were the same size you'd have trouble housing them together

Looks amazing! I think I might go down that feeding route if I get a jardini for my 7ft tank which I get in a few weeks.. As that is one of the best looking jardini I have seen!

I fed it different brands of freeze krill and it liked the jumbo freeze from tetra the most and the red came out alot more.
