i read an article on desirable traits for flowerhorns and red texas. the pearls that your fish has were clasified as "the most desirable" second is the carpintis looking pearls, then wormy pearls, and last was the small regular texas pearls. he is a very nice fish.

his tail was quite regular when i picked him up
as he grew the trailers on the tail started to show and now they still are growing
