Need help please on my 3 year old bichir. He developed a red lump on his underside. His only tankmate is an arowana that he's been with for 3 years too.
 
Seen these before on captive bred polys. If it’s acting normal then watch. Post pics to make sure.
 
I’d add salt for a few days, 1 tsp per g. Do water changes twice a week. Add a broad spectrum antibiotic like furan2, maracyn2 or triple sulfa. If it doesn’t go away after that then monitor.
