my 9in red oscar wont eat anything which is strange because he normally eats like a pig but these last few days he hasn't eaten a thing. I did a 75 percent water change and he still wont eat anything

ya , if his appearance is fine leave him be maybe he ate something that's not digesting to well . clean water and some epsom salt never hurt any fish .
just wait and see , sometimes that's the beggining of something bad . but sometimes they eat to much . they no how to get food from us ,actually there probably the best at it . goodluck with your fish

He's probably just a little stressed. I would add a little salt and not feed him like the other two members previously stated. GL
That's a big water change, I wouldn't change that much. What are your water parameters? Ammonia/nitrite/nitrate/ph
