Red "pimple" underneath mouth

My CK has this infection. It's external and it looks like a pimple. Does anyone know what this is? Is is a parasitic infection?

I've seen it before on some CKs at the pet store, but never dealt with it myself. I don't think it's parasitic though.

It looks like a red boil now.

I researched on the Net abt this symptom. It may be an anchorworm infestation

Has anyone treated a knife with anchorworm medication before? I think I may have to transfer him to a 2-footer and begin treatment.

And disinfect his 4-footer

if its at the tip of the mouth it might be from the glass abrasion or a "callus"
, try medication it with mela fix pima fix in warmer waters to see if it will heal over...
