Red SH + Bichir

Finally gonna move my red Sh who's about 5-6 inch into my bigger tank. Only thing I'm worried bout is if he'll eat my fav senegal bichir(full adult) who's very active.
Also have a ropefish,adult rainbow shark, 5 silver dollars(palm sized) which I'm not as concerned about, but am curious what will who'll get nipped or eaten.

For the bichir, should I move him to the Sh's old tank? Just to be safe? Kinda really attached to him!

if your really worried about your bichir then move it....its better to be safe then sorry!

if your sengal is an adult the micro at 5-6" poses no threat at all , but will as it grows to be bigger than the sengal , ropefish are genrally ignored , your other fish may not last long ,depends on your micro , it will eat everything in time but may last a fair while.

Thanks for the advice. Did decide to move my Sen to the Sh's old tank as once I had them in icecream buckets I realized they were quite similar in size. Sh seems to be loving his new larger tank & is slowly crusing along checking everything out.
