I had started a thread in sa/ca cichlids about my male snook and female blood parrot spawning, and thought maybe it officially belonged here. They decided Sunday they were going to randomly make babies in my 135. I have plenty of fish with them that would find the eggs a tasty morsel, so I moved the rock the eggs are attached to into a 10. They slowly started whiting out, so I figured it was a bunk spawn (which is what I actually thought would happen in the first place), then today I come home for lunch to wigglers everywhere! I am STOKED!

I've been trying to get pics, but am having trouble getting any that don't look like dog's a**. I'll try some more. I am so curious to see what they grow out to. :headbang2

Here's the best pic I could get. They're mean little bastards already. Gainging up on one poor little hair (or something):D

it's clickable.....

hahah.... Congrats on your batch, very interesting cross! Cant wait to see what they will look like... keep posting pics!

Wow never would have figured they could have crossed..

I wanna see too... If they look Crazy I thinks I wants one..

I would like to 1 or three myself when or if they make it along. I live in eastern KS so I might be able to drive over and save the shipping hassle lol. But that is also if I get more tanks and room lol...

that is crazy. i didn't believe this at all until i saw the pic. even now, i am sceptical, because all wrigglers look the same. i'm not saying i don't want this to happen, i'm just saying that these fish are very, very different, and them even spawning is incredible.

keep us posted:D
