Red spot on Lips of Gaint Gourami.

Hi.. I have Albino Red eye Gaint Gourami, Yesterday i noticed small red spot or a pimple type red mark on his upper lip. The area around spot has also become some reddish.. He's is ok.. eating good and active all time.

Local stores are un aware of this spot on lip.

Can you get some pictures? That will help people a lot, also, try to answer as many of these as you can
1. How big is your tank?
2. How long has it been set up?
3. What other fish do you have in with your gourami?
4. How often do you change the water and how much do you change?
5. What is the water quality like, how much ammonia, nitrite, nitrate etc? Also, pH GH and kh help a lot
6. Have you added anything to your tank recently? Plants, rocks, wood, ornaments, fish, invertebrates etc.

If you can get a picture up and answer those questions, people will be able to help you more.

My tank is 6X2.5X2.5 ft.
He is with 2 nos. 18 inch Clarius catfish, 10 inch sailfin sucker & 14 inch Ornate Bichir.
All this mates have been in same setup for last 4 months.
Water change up to 70% every week Sunday. And just 10-15% on Wednesday.
Ph. is normal. I have 3 big power filters with separate filter box, they run in shift's at a time each. They too get cleaned every Sunday (week).
Yes.. a 2-3 inch size pair of golden severums.

I will post pick a later.. bcz currently i am away from home.


NOTE: GG was added to setup, He's a new comer. Rest Ornate bichir, 2 nos. clarius and sailfin fin sucker are in same tank since more than 12 months.
