Red spot Severum ich?

What is this on his fins? No other fish has anything and he only has on his fins ? Is it bad zoom in too see

Hard to tell by pic. Is there any aggression in the tank? Sometimes trauma to the fin can cause little white lumps. Also how is your water quality. Post your parameters maybe its a water issue. A close up pic if you can too.

I think it's the aggression then, went away for 3 days. Came back an Synspilum was being mean to him. Synspilum has been separated. Severum has a few ripped fins. Ammonia and nitrite are 0 while nitrate is around 20. Got a little high while I was away.

Most likely the trauma to the fins. If that's it the spots will go away with time.

My severums have the same things on their fins as well as majority of the ones I see. Definitely not ich.
