My Texas hybrid has some red spots on its top lip & around its nostrils.
The fish was with a flowerhorn that came down with some red patches, treated the tank with E.M. Erythromycin & lost her a couple days later.
I moved the tank the next day, kept a bucket of water for the fish when I moved the fish & drained the rest out to move the tank. Filled the tank with clean water, put the fish back in the tank with water from the bucket. Noticed the spots 2 days ago, fish has been hiding & not eating. Turned the temp up to 82 & added salt. No change in spots or behavior of the fish.
Any idea on the problem & how to treat it?
