I just noticed some red, blood-looking spots on my bass under neath on the gills. Other than that they have normal coloration, and behavior. Is this something I should be concerned about? Possible cause, and cure if it is something major.

Hayn I cant really get a picture of it but I did do a test my ammonia is between 0 and .2,doesnt ammonia burn happens at a higher concentration? Possibly gill flukes or something else?

Your ammonia is fine. Gill flukes, you can see a mucus like stuff coming out from the gills.
