Red streak of sick bichir. Help!!

Tis is a continuation of my earlier post "Massive bichir problem." Anyways, today I realized that one of my already sick bichir has red streaks on his fins. What is the cause and cause of this??? Help needed ASAP. That fish is dying.

PS. My other sick poly healed from this diaster.

Based on the symptoms, I say its a bacteria infection.

But honestly, I would add salt, kick up the temp and keep the 3Ns as low as possible. Hope your little fella makes it

How is your water? I've found that salt, 80+ temps, and clean water really help. How is your ammonia, nitrIte, nitrAtes? How often do you do water changes? When was the last water change, and how much water do/did you change?
