Red Streak Severum, help

Still a juvie and got him about a week ago. It's about 3 inches and has started getting white spots on his fins(we named him Kratos and I said it's his curse). Is this ick? Please help.

can you get a pick? is it like cauliflower type growths or just little white specks? if its just white specks then yes its most likely ich, just bump the temp up to 86 and add a tsp of table salt (regular big blue box is fine, just needs to not have yellow prussiate as its caking agent) per gallon today and then another tsp per gallon tomorrow and leave it like that for two week, i wouldnt do a water change during this time but if your nitrates get too high and you have to then just make sure to replace that salt that was taken out
