red tail and shovelnose catfish diet

just curious what everyone feed there rtcs when they where under 3 inches. my guy is pounding back blood worms about 2 cubes a day to him self and the tsn is eating about 1 cube.
i would also love some interesting recipes on rtc and tsn food that i could also let my oscars and peacock bass have

market shrimp, fish fillets cut up, basically anything raw from the fish/crustacean section of the fresh meat at your local grocery store. pellets once they get bigger you can starve them a bit till they accept them.
