Red Tail Arowana?

I saw a video on youtube of a small Arow that jumped...
looked like a Jardini crossed with an Asian Arow, but the guy said it was a Red-Tail Gold Arowana thru an illegal trade.
Anyone heard of this fish? Info? Pics? Is it really illegal?

RTGs are one of the most common asian aros, not legal in US though. Do you mind showing the link to the video? Btw there are no hybrid aros so a jardini X asian aro is impossible.
