Red Tail cat has one cloudy eye...

I maybe wrong but is this cloud eye??..Any ideas what i can use to clear this up??....its on the right eye..ill do a water change tom morning...he seems ok for the moment ill try feeding him some shrimp or so...any help is appreciated thanks!!..oh btw could this spread to the other fish??
