Red tail cat worth

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
Very little usually. People often try to give them away at that size because their tanks are too small, and it's difficult and expensive to house a fish that large/growing. And it isn't an expensive or rare fish to begin with.

Unless its a really nice fish.. you couldn't pay me to take it let alone give it away.

Many people won't even take em for free. In my lfs there is 3 8" or so rtc that been there for months with no takers.

you should pay someone to take it lol

Absolutely if the person needs to drive to your place to pick it up. The main thing for you atm is to make sure that whoever picks it up has a large accomodation, at least several 1000 gallons, not to look for a pay off.

Your better off donating it to a freshwater aquarium or zoo that can house it.
