Red tail catfish foods

Bought a red tail catfish at my a fish shop yesterday, red tails are one of the fishes I wanted to keep when I am 8 years old, I found most people feeding them dead and live fishes, shrimp meat and pellets, which type of food should I feed him ?

Bought some shrimps today, he loves it ^-^, if I use live feeders, I will use yellow powder to sanitise them before feeding them to my fishes

I keep him with my paroon shark, recently I train him to eat shrimp

I think the best diet for them is good quality pellets and thawed fortified fish.

All the above and tubiflex and or blood worms (most monthly or longer), and cut up in small squares - Tilapia fillet (my redtail love them.. well so do my other fish also)(mostly as a bi weekly treat)....

ILS calls some medicine, If memory serves a general anti-parasitic or antibiotic, a yellow powder.
