i accidentally fed my RTC too much and now it's floating like a balloon with a swollen belly. i need help immediately

What does your water test say? its either because there is not enough oxygen, or swim bladder bloat...

ammonia is 0.1. nitrate nitrite are zero

i don't think it is bloating, since it has eaten a LOT

If it gulped up a lot of air while eating, or it overate, or ate to fast it is swim bladder disease. It can be treated easily, mainly by not feeding your fish for 3 days.
