I know these suckers get huge!I heard they get as big as their enviroment,so my question is this could they live a healthy life in a 150,or should i just forget about this whole idea or walk away.If not whats the minimum size for one.

Unless your planning to upgrade your tank quickly from 150 (which an RTC will outgrow within the first year easy... Then forget it... if your willing to invest into either a pond or a larger Tank... errrr MUCH larger tank...
