red tail throws up why?

hi i fed my redtail some fresh fish yesturday and 24 hours later she throw some back up and messed the tank up just done a 50% water change why did she do this/

useually a sign of over feeding its normal but it can be a pain like you said it can really make the water dirty

How many did it eat? It probably just ate more than what it can handle.

maybe it doesn't like the food
sometimes my rtc throws up small prawn even if i feed just one

but shrimp is ok.

Yeah I get that sometimes with Squid... Buster used to Love it... but since he hit a foot... forget it .. he will eat it and within an hour they make a return appearance.

I think it's to hard for His Magesties tummy to digest LOL
