Hey all I have a red tailed shark in a 50 breeder with caves Amazon Swords and wood what fish if any could I add to this tank I have 20 cardinals in there that he ignores surprisingly no other bottom dwellers he is about 5 inches been in with the cardinals for a year now

No other bottom dwellers, so it's happy. They are territorial. If you want to add more fish then I'd suggest top dwellers. Danios or rasboras.
I feel as long as they have plenty of space/territory and no other Labeo species in there, it should be fine. I have one in a 75g with Polys and Catfish. He doesn't mess with anyone.
Only thing I can think of you could add is maybe more small, quick tetras. That's about the size, or even bigger, than when most people start wanting to rehome them because they're killing everything in the tank.
