red terror growth

i just bought a male and female red terror supposedly but there only 1 3/4 inch and have no red in them. does anyone know how big they need to be to get there red and how fast do they grow? thx

not sure on the red, but rt's are a very slow growing fish, can't specify inches per amount of time, but note that it's slow
