Hello fellow fish heads. I have had these fish for a couple months now. Male from cjbarth on here the female is from a freind of mine that got some fry awhile back from fengsui I have been begging a while to get this one of him. When i took it she was the smallest and was unfaded, bright deep blue scales and dark base. She started to color up after putting her in her new grow out on friday. Is a 29 with painted black back and red bottom, ac110, and aquan stealth style heater. I had her in with my guy to c if they would mess. I know she is fertile laid eggs the first day i put here in the tank. Then i had them divided with enough room for here to go through they diddnt play nice. I wanted to get her to color up so set up this grow out for her to be solo. Any ways here are just a couple pics from when they were together to her in her new grow out home. all pics are with no flash. Feel free to comment

thanks. i am deffenitly loving them both for sure happy to give my guy his tank back. they are both much happier on there own for sure. Can wait for this girl to really color up is going to be a stunner for sure. Has mad a big difference just in the last couple days on her own really starting to fade out and the color coming in. my guy was about 5 inches roughly when i got him 3/15/12 now is the size of hand really getting thick and tall, head is crossing over and face is starting to color up, scales seperating and filling in around them has become my favorite fish.

ya me to i took about 200 pics that night to get that one. i was going to enter one of the night pics light that in the potm dont think others would appreciate them like i did thow. The marineland reef capable led on that tank really lights it up with the blue. the other tank only has the double bright version and the blue sucks bad can barely c any thing more like shadowing then bright blue light that..
