Red Texas cichlids

I finally was able to pick up a new red Texas from petsmart surprisingly for $6.99. I have had regular Texas in the past, do there just get thesame kind of care? Also, what do most of these turn into looking like? I've seen the google images and some on there seem really bright red!

You have a Kamfa FH. As for your question regarding RT, they require a bit of different care from Texas cichlids. They require higher temps. 80-85 is the norm for RT. As for how RT look when they get older, it really depends on the parents. If bought from Petsmart, the chances are slim for them looking really nice. The pictures you saw online were probably of SRT, which easily cost over 1k.
