So guys I hope all of you are doing well. I currently own four Oscar's, a green Texas and a few different types of Catfish. I was interested of getting a Red Texas with some Red-spotted Severums.
Would a Red Texas be compatible with Gold Severums, Oscar's and a Green Texas?
I just don't want the Oscar's to get bullied since I just got ride of my Green Terror who was constantly bullying all my fish.
Thankyou

Red texas is basically a flowerhorn, and is going to be a good bit more aggressive than the fish you listed. Maybe in a very large tank, say 300 gallons or so, they would live peacefully. And of course it depends on the individual fish and other variables. But in general I would say it would not be a great match for Oscars and severums

OH okay so could you list a more peaceful tank mate?

For Oscar and severum, I''d probably go chocolate cichlids, true parrot hoplarchus psittacus, some geophagus species, blue acara, guianacara. South American species which are not very aggressive
. It also depends on your tank size, in a smaller tank you will have more trouble. If you have 4 Oscars, a texas, and catfish, I would think the tank will need to be over 200 gallons to add more fish.

Yeah it's a bite more than 200 gallons but I got a pond as a back up

+1 -- in fact Red Texas are even ornier than most other FH, good to see OP open to something more peaceful (current stocking issues aside).
