auburn wa,
hi my name is Bill W.

I was abe to cross breed a red parrat fish with a green texas what do u think will i get a red texas i'm looking for:popcorn:? Youtube videos page conniesue73

hey bill, if you take a look at my posting here titled "any idea what these are" they are a cross exactly of what you speak. I just put the title up to see what people might guess. A couple said red texas but they are indeed escondido x blood parrot. they look ok but not like a super red texas or anything. time will tell. check em out I posted several pics.

it takes forever to find out what you are goin to have only very few fry will have pearls and not only that only a small % of those will fade. take a look at mt threads I did it too. I think that mixing a midas instead of a parrot would be better they have stronger genes and more likely to fade. then line breed the offspring w one of the parents or another texas. I think it is easier to buy one Good luck
